Individuals are reluctant to reveal their true identity to the world solely because they believe that culture does not embrace them because it has a different sexual orientation. Society supports that people should be proud of who they are, but also judge that homosexuals vary. Citizens are told not to judge others on the basis of race or religion, so why are homosexuals being discriminated against?
Gay subculture is not embraced by society, perceived and misjudged, but it is human beings and needs to be treated fairly. Religion is an important factor that society thinks homosexuality is immoral and should not be allowed.
