Responsibility refers to our ability to make decisions that serve our own interests and others ‘interests. We must first be responsible for ourselves before we can take responsibility for others. It is necessary to recognize our limits in learning to be more responsible. No matter how intelligent we are, there’s only so much responsibility a person can handle.
Also it is important to note that we are not responsible for anything outside of our control, such as how others feel or respond to themselves or others. Sharing responsibility for success and failure will lead to greater responsibility for one another and for others.
