Cultural diversity is characterized as the “existence within a community of a variety of cultural or ethnic groups” (Google diversity). As we move down the path of globalization, reflecting on the ever evolving social environment and on the values people have in it becomes significant. This applies to society as well as to the workplace where society needs to function.
Companies like Ernst & Young, AT&T and Comcast understand the changing world and lead the way to a more diverse and inclusive society. I’ll highlight what every organization is doing to be diversified and more inclusive and how it makes them competitive in a changing global climate.
