I am Rachel A. Etwaru. I am fourteen years old and was born on September 2, 2001. I have an older brother and a younger sister. I was born in Freehold, New Jersey, but when I was four or five years old, I moved here to Greenville, SC. My parents were both born in Guyana, South America. My brother was born in New York and my sister was born in Freehold, NJ, like me.
I love to read. It is something that I take joy in doing every single day. When I read a book I love, I get lost into the book’s world. I zone out of the real world and forget everything around me. I have loving parents, a sister to hang out with, a brother who is fun to hang out with and cousins who are fun, awesome, and make me laugh when I am around them. My parents love and care for me. My sister will play fun games or just plane hang out with me. My brother is someone who great to hang out with, watch movies, have fun, etc. My cousins make me laugh every time I am with them and they are also fun and awesome to go and hang out with. All these peoples are important to me because i love them and they love me. I use my family as something I have because they are awesome and amazing to me.
I prefer to listen to music, instead of silence. Music helps me calm down and be happy, especially when I and sad and upset. My favorite genres of music are pop and christian. I love to listen to these types of music the most. Listening to these two types of genres make me happy and relaxed. Listening to music makes me happy, relax, calm and amazing.
