Even though i think that it is not right to do that to the animals they should not give the patient something that may hurt them in any way.

I know that they are nasty and ugly but they don’t need to be killed by having holes put in their heads. Because mice and rats are not protected by the law, experimenters don’t even have to provide them with pain relief. While experimenters who use guinea pigs must provide them with pain relief and must at least show that they’ve looked for modern alternatives to the use of animals. another way to look at this is they only care about some animals pain instead of all animals pain. only dogs, cats and other animals like that can get pain relief when they are doing surgery.

If this argument is not followed and If things continue we will not have animals left on the world or they could go extinct.
