Volunteering includes men, encourages socialization, networking and friendships. Individuals who support others will possibly meet a number of individuals they would not have met otherwise, if not to offer a business, person or cause their time. It also helps to network your career or to meet people who have job opportunities, consulting opportunities or curiosities in industry or developing relationships. Volunteering puts together unlikely people as well as expected people. Some of the closest friends and partners were potentially brought together by volunteering.
Volunteering is easy to avoid. Too many commitments and time constraints, jobs, stress and other duties can easily be asserted. However, voluntary work is for everybody and anyone should give 20 or 30 minutes to one hour a month a few days. Volunteering is so rewarding that making time for another person seems to make the voluntary worker feel convenient, good, that it effectively restarts their energy clock, increases their motivation and a sense of productivity.
