The first recorded use of Marijuana in the United States was in Jamestown in 1611. Marijuana was legal in the United States until 1937 when it was made illegal under federal law. Marijuana has been used for centuries for its medicinal properties. It wasn’t until recently that people have started to use it recreationally.

Marijuana is used for many different things such as, anxiety, depression, pain relief, and much more. Many people think that Marijuana is not harmful to the human body, but I believe that it is. Marijuana has many short term and long term effects on the human body. Some of the short term effects are, impaired memory, red eyes, dry mouth, increased appetite, and slowed reaction time. Short term effects usually last for about two to three hours after smoking Marijuana.

The long term effects of Marijuana are much more harmful than the short term effects. Some of the long term effects are, damaged brain cells, difficulty concentrating, lung damage, and problems with memory and learning. I believe that Marijuana is not good for the human body and that it should be illegal. There are many reasons why I believe this. Marijuana impairs your ability to drive, it’s addictive, and it’s harmful to your health.

Driving while under the influence of Marijuana is just as dangerous as driving under the influence of alcohol. Marijuana can stay in your system for up to 30 days, so you could be impaired for a long time after smoking it. Marijuana is also addictive. 1 in 10 people who use Marijuana will become addicted to it. Marijuana is also harmful to your health. Marijuana smoke contains many of the same toxins and carcinogens as tobacco smoke.

When you eat marijuana, it takes longer for the effects to kick in because it has to go through your digestive system first. Inhaling it allows the THC to go directly to your lungs and then to your brain. This gives you the fastest and strongest response.

Marijuana affects everyone differently depending on their size, weight, gender, metabolism, and how often they use it. Marijuana also contains over 60 different cannabinoids each with its own effect. THC is the cannabinoid that gives you the high. CBD is the second most common cannabinoid found in marijuana. It’s known for its medicinal properties. Marijuana can be used to treat a variety of medical conditions including:

– Muscle spasms

– PTSD

Marijuana is not without its side effects though. These include:

Marijuana is a controversial topic with many people for and against it. There are pros and cons to both recreational and medicinal use of marijuana. It’s important to be informed about all aspects of the drug before making a decision.
