Sexism is discrimination against someone based on their sex. I’m focusing on sexism in the media against women in this paper. Women have come a long way and have received many of the same rights as men, but females and males are still not completely equal. In today’s world the media is used for many things; one of those being influential.

A pundit should be interested in this topic because their opinions mean a lot and are broadcasted through mass media meaning many people would hear what they have to say. If a pundit spoke on this issue then it would get more recognition.
My opponents would be people who enjoy the sexualization of women in today’s media and ignorant people. My allies would be feminists, women and parents. I say parents because they would not want their child growing up thinking that everything I’ve discussed in this paper is…
